JSM Radio is a free service, provided as-is. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

JSM Radio is a web player. It lists live stations from Radio Browser and tracks from Audius, and plays their streams directly from those third parties. JSM Radio does not host audio, does not guarantee any station will be online, in your country, or to your taste, and may change or stop the service at any time.

Content belongs to its owners

Stations, shows, songs, names, and logos belong to the stations and artists. Nothing on JSM Radio transfers any rights to you, and you may not record, re-stream, or re-publish streams through this site in a way that infringes those rights.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Stream quality, availability, and accuracy of station information (names, locations, bitrates, votes) come from third-party directories and may be out of date.

Your responsibility

Streaming uses mobile or Wi-Fi data — your carrier's charges are yours. If you listen while driving, pick your station before you set off and obey the road rules where you are; never browse while driving.

Trademarks

Tesla, Radio Browser, Audius, and station names are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them here describes compatibility and sources only, and does not imply endorsement.

Changes
